Our history

Since 1990, we have built a portfolio of businesses that supplies the full range of recruitment services and resourcing solutions. Today Spring Group is firmly established as a world leader in attraction, recruitment, staffing and retention.

1990

Spring Group was formed as the CRT group. Between 1990 and 1998, CRT acquired the following companies:

Software Personnel
Couva Computer Services
Link-Up Recruitment
Systems Resources
Inline KPG
Intertech Computer Consultants Ltd

1998

We became Spring Group and subsequently launched Spring Technology Staffing Services and Spring Personnel.

We acquired LRS and Elizabeth Hunt.

December 2000

We acquired hyphen Workforce Management Solutions.

May 2002

We acquired Triage.

2003

Spring Group bought Best International.

June 2007

Spring Group acquired Glotel, which subsequently became the Group master brand for telecommunications.
