Training and development at Spring Group

We’re committed to helping our staff to achieve their full potential and as such, we offer relevant and vocational training at all stages of your career.

When you join Spring Group

You will be invited to attend two four day residential courses at our Training Academy. This will give you a full introduction to the Group and its brands and services.

It will also give you practical and role-specific training designed to help you manage any situation in your working life.

As you progress

Continuous group training and development is available for consultants and managers alike. We also offer dedicated one to one training which will help and support you in your role.

The Spring Learning Portal makes a wide range of online development resources available to everyone in the form of articles, summaries, management pocket books, websites and practical learning guides.

It provides information about the Open Courses and Development Programmes provided by our Learning and Development Team.

Developed in partnership with the Ashridge Business School, the portal helps employees to develop in their current role whilst preparing for possible future roles.

The Spring Career Ladder

The Spring Career Ladder allows you to plan your development and gives you access to information about other roles within the Group. 

How it works:

  • You can access information about roles which may be of interest to you, from either a personal or career development perspective;
  • With your manager you can plot possible career paths with clear ideas about the knowledge, skills, competencies and performance measures required for each role;
  • You’ll also be able to access additional information that is relevant to particular departments or operating units.

The Spring Career Ladder provides employees with the documents and processes that will support them at every stage of their career.
